Scintilla, a Dubai-headquartered leading digital asset venture, unveiled major upgrades to its state-of-the-art tokenisation engine.

The advancements are aimed at solidifying its position as a leading provider of end-to-end, fully regulated virtual asset solutions under Dubai’s Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA), the company said.

The company is to offer a comprehensive suite of services, including structuring, issuance, distribution, and listing to drive innovation in tokenising real-world assets (RWAs).

“The future of tokenised assets is one of security, compliance, and accessibility,” said Tim Popplewell, CEO of Scintilla.

“With our advanced tokenisation engine, we are bridging the gap between new, industry defining technology and the regulatory rigor required to unlock the full potential of this transformative industry,” he said.

With its hybrid architecture and sophisticated features, Scintilla’s tokenisation engine sets the benchmark for security, compliance, and efficiency in this rapidly growing sector, the company said.

Scintilla’s tokenisation engine enhancement comes at a time when the global tokenised asset market, projected to exceed $16 trillion by 2030, is revolutionising industries like real estate, healthcare, and finance by bringing liquidity, transparency, and accessibility to traditionally illiquid markets.

Scintilla said its continuous innovation extends beyond its tokenisation engine, with the company currently developing profiles for investors and institutions, offering intuitive tools to manage and access their assets seamlessly.

“These developments align with Scintilla’s mission to empower asset owners, issuers, and investors to solve real-world challenges while promoting financial inclusion,” it said.
