First-half goals from Boualem Khoukhi and Almoez Ali silenced the home crowd before Hasan Al-Haydos and Hamid Ismaeil scored late on.
Ali’s eighth goal of the tournament equalled the record held by Iranian legend Ali Daei.
The 2022 World Cup hosts will face four-time champions Japan in Friday’s final.
