Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) is set to return for its 30th edition with more sales, competitions, prizes and shows.
Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) has announced a line-up of activities and events from December 6, 2024 to January 12, 2025.
A calendar of events spanning 38 days includes daily entertainment, retail offers, free-to-attend twice-daily drone shows, grand raffles with mega prizes, daily fireworks and citywide experiences.
Dubai Shopping Festival 2024-25
DSF is Dubai’s biggest and most highly anticipated annual festival, including world-class events, entertainment, gastronomy, concerts, immersive experiences, fireworks, and drone shows.

Dubai Shopping Festival fireworks and drone shows
Dubai’s skyline will light up every single night throughout the 38 days of DSF with free firework displays by Al Zarooni Group at Dubai Festival City Mall (DFCM) at 8.30pm, while Hatta’s skies will sparkle every Friday and Saturday.
For its 30th anniversary celebration, DSF will elevate entertainment with twice-daily, free-to-watch drone shows presented by Emarat and AO Drones at Bluewaters Island and The Beach, JBR.
1,000 drones deliver two captivating performances each night at 8pm and 10pm.
There will also be DSF drone shows presented by Emarat and AO Drones at Bluewaters Island and The Beach, JBR, featuring skydive stunts and pyrotechnic displays set against the stunning backdrop of Ain Dubai.
Viewers can witness 150 pyro drones and skydivers on December 13 at 8pm, as well as 150 pyro drones on December 13 at 10pm, and 150 pyro drones on January 11 to mark DSF’s closing weekend.
321 Festival at DSF 2024
The highly anticipated 321 Festival will return for the opening weekend on December 6 and 8.
The concert series will bring together a star-studded line-up of acts at the Coca-Cola Arena, including:

As with previous years, the DSF Sales Season brings together a range of more than 1,000 local and global brands.
Dubai Shopping Festival offers residents and visitors alike unique, rewarding, and diverse retail experiences, exclusive offers, limited-time flash sales, discounts, and much more across the 38 days of the 30th edition.

Raffles and prizes
DSF’s grand raffles will bring chances for people to win daily rewards and prizes every single day from December 6, 2024 to January 12, 2025.
Competitions and prize draws include:
- DSF Mega Raffle, which will give away the keys to a brand new Nissan X-Trail, Nissan Xterra, Nissan Safari, Nissan Kicks, or Nissan Altima to one winner every day
- AED100,000 in cash
Dubai Shopping Festival events
The DSF calendar will feature lifestyle events this year, including the return of contemporary culture festival Sole DXB from December 13 to 15. In celebration of its 12th anniversary, Sole DXB 2024 promises an even more immersive festival experience with the introduction of a second stage, extended hours from 3pm to 2am, and a diverse line-up of artists spanning genres from hip-hop and jazz to R&B and dance music.
DSF will also feature performances by:
- 30 Seconds to Mars on December 12 at Coca-Cola Arena
- Egyptian superstar Sherine Abdel Wahab on stage on December 13
- Latin pop star Ricky Martin on December 14
- China National Symphony Orchestra on December 15 at Dubai Opera
- Lionel Richie on December 31 at Dubai Opera
One of the marquee DSF events will be the Dubai Racing Carnival, returning to the Meydan Racecourse on December 6 with world-class races every Friday.
Meanwhile, the Dubai Marathon will take place on January 12 on Umm Suqeim Road, offering participants a challenging 42km course, a shorter 10km route and a 4km run for families.
The Dubai Crown Prince Camel Festival runs from January 4 to 15 at Al Marmoom Camel Race Track, with five categories showcasing purebred Arabian Camels as they race across distances of 5 to 8km.
