Shoppers will be able to take advantage of discounts of as much as 75 percent starting today at Sharjah Summer Promotions 2019.
The 49-day event is organised by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and the Sharjah Commerce and Tourism Development Authority as part of the wider Sharjah Summer festival.
For the first time this year, the SCCI has launched a contest on its social media platforms in which winners of a variety of prices will be announced on a daily basis.
“[The] Sharjah Summer Promotions event is one of the key events organised by the SCCI, with a view to reinforcing the distinguished position of Sharjah as a unique destination for tourism, shopping and business,” said SCCI director-general Mohamed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi.
Al Awadi added that the event also reflects SCCI’s desire to launch promotional initiatives that bolster retail, tourism and other economically significant sectors.
“At the same time, such events are focusing on the happiness of [the] Sharjah population and providing them with an extraordinary shopping atmosphere fitting various budgets and meeting all needs,” he added.
