Lulu Supermarket to be anchor tenant at Burj Nahar Mall

Lulu hopes to attract a large number of shoppers from surrounding areas in Deira when the mall opens in 2018

Lulu Supermarket will be an anchor tenant at Burj Nahar Mall, Juma al Majid’s upcoming major mixed-use development in Dubai.

Currently being built in Al Muteena in Deira, the 240,000 square foot Mall is scheduled to open in late 2018.

Deira proves to be “a strong catchment area for Lulu Supermarket shoppers,” according to Salim MA, director, Lulu Group International.

“The project is extremely attractive from a retail point of view because of its focus on accessibility, supply ample parking, high visibility and variety of retail tenant types, as well as being a mixed-use development,” he added.

Having Lulu Supermarket as the Mall’s anchor tenant will add value to the both residents at and around the complex, said Moustafa Moussa, executive director, Juma al Majid Group – Properties. 

“LuLu Supermarket is a brand synonymous with quality and value, which is why we are pleased to be partnering with Lulu group to bring the brand to Burj Nahar Mall,” he added.
