UAE’s RAK Properties has announced the launch of a new beachfront development – Bayviews Residences. The apartments will be located on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab.
Available to purchase for all nationalities, the development will offer studios, one and two-bedroom apartments with sales commencing on May 26 at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm.
Residents will have access to amenities including an outdoor gym, activities area, yoga breakout area, landscape leisure deck, kids play area, swimming pool and more.
The ground floor of Bayviews Residences will house retail and F&B outlets.
