Dubai-based real estate developer, Sobha Realty has announced the pre-launch of Sobha SeaHaven – Tower B at Dubai Harbour. The new tower will offer views of Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, and Ain Dubai.
The tower was designed with inspiration from a sail and superyachts.

The tower features 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus study and 2 bedroom apartments. Residents will have access to amenities such as a health club, sauna, steam, indoor gym, indoor cinema, club lounge, indoor games room and more.
Residents of SeaHaven will also have access to outdoor amenities such as an infinity edge pool, a pool deck, a yoga area, outdoor gym, an outdoor movie theatre, a family zone and children’s play area.
