Sharjah’s Alef Group to showcase major projects at Dubai’s ACRES real estate exhibition

The exhibition, taking place from May 16 to 19, will offer visitors an exclusive glimpse of the Hayyan and Al Mamsha developments in Sharjah

Sharjah-based real estate developer Alef Group said it will be showcasing two of its latest projects – Hayyan and Al Mamsha – in the first edition of ACRES Real Estate Exhibition in Dubai, starting from Thursday, May 16.

Al Mamsha Sharjah and Hayyan are said to have emerged as the emirate’s latest premier destinations for residents seeking an enhanced living experience.

The exhibition will offer an opportunity to visitors an exclusive glimpse into these exceptional developments, the company said.

Additionally, visitors can take advantage of special exhibition offers for bookings, it said.

Issa Ataya, CEO of Alef Group said the company aims to showcase its most groundbreaking projects and commitment to sustainability and innovation through Al Mamsha Sharjah and Hayyan.

“We look forward to connecting with local investors and visitors,” Ataya said.

The two projects attracted high investor traction at the ACRES Real Estate Exhibition 2024 took place in January at the Sharjah Expo Centre, mopping up about AED310 million in sales, the company said.

Ataya also announced the completion of construction of the Show Villa, a two-storey structure in Hayyan, featuring five lavishly designed bedrooms.

The Show Villa and On-site Experience center will commence welcoming customers at the end of May.

Taking place from May 16 to 19 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the ACRES exhibition is expected to attract major real estate development and investment companies, alongside top-tier property brokers, project management firms, banks, and financial institutions in the UAE.
