A Sharjah real estate developer is sharing details of its AED3.5bn ($953m) District 11 project ahead of a Q2 2025 launch.
At the ACRES 2025 exhibition in Sharjah, Al Marwan Real Estate Development showcased the flagship project.
District 11 is set to officially launch in local and international markets during the second quarter of this year.
