Leading Saudi developer Ajdan announced on Sunday the launch of Infiniti by Ajdan, a premium mixed-use development with views over the Arabian Gulf on Al Khobar’s eastern coast.
The development will cover a total land area of 45,510 sqm and will have more than 480 residential units in three high rise towers of 35, 40 and 45 towers respectively.
The project will also have 20,000 sqm of retail, food and beverage, and other mixed-use space.

The company said a world renowned international architectural studio will be the lead architects of the project, setting its new project apart in design.
Mohammed Abdulmohsen AlOtaibi, CEO, said Infiniti by Ajdan represented the culmination of the company’s design-first vision.
“Our aim to transform people’s lifestyle and mindset toward a more open society will help drive the investment in Saudi Arabia, especially in terms of entertainment and tourism growth,” he said.
AlOtaibi said the project will be the Eastern Province’s foremost, premium mixed development.
This destination carries the name Infiniti as the pools integrated in the development’s design act as a connective tissue across the foot of the three towers, giving the space an infinite and captivating feel.
With the residential towers stretching skyward, Infiniti by Ajdan will also feature 20,000 sqm of elegant open-air, lifestyle-shopping space.
The company said the retail development at the project, which will include a luxury shopping boulevard, fine dining and premium casual concepts, is expected to attract leading national and international brands.
The company’s other projects in the country include the popular Ajdan Waterfront.
Its project portfolio is currently focused on three main cities – Al Khobar, Riyadh and Jeddah, with plans for rapid expansion into other cities and regions of Saudi Arabia.
