Ginco Properties has launched the AED1.2bn ($327m) One Residence in Downtown Dubai.
The luxury tower is announced as Downtown Dubai’s real estate market demonstrates robust growth and resilience.
It is regarded a top investment destination, with a 133 per cent increase in property transactions and a 41 per cent rise in rents over recent years.

The One Residence is created by Brad Wilkins, a renowned architect who has lived and worked across three continents, with reputed projects across Singapore, China and the USA.
Known for helping to design some of the world’s best-known skyscrapers, including the Pearl River Tower in China and Dubai’s Burj Khalifa, Wilkins is creating another striking skyscraper in the iconic Downtown area.
The One Residence is set to become an unmissable feature on the Downtown skyline, prominently featuring luxurious copper panels that play with the sunbeams, casting warm hues and creating a distinct visual allure.

OBG has crafted a 50:50 payment plan for the One Residence apartments which start from AED1.2m ($327,000). The development of One Residence will be managed by Urban Properties.
