Mardi Holding, a leading Georgian real estate developer, announced expansion into the UAE.

The launch into the UAE market will be facilitated through ZAM Prime Properties, a subsidiary of Mardi Holding based in Business Bay, Dubai.

The move is designed to attract investors to its branded developments in Georgia with a cooperation agreement with world-leading hospitality group Accor, the company said.

Mardi Holding said it will officially launch its expansion into the Gulf country and region at an event on January 28 in Dubai.

Prince Juan Bagration-Mukhrani, Managing Partner of Mardi Holding, said Georgia has become an attractive destination for UAE investors, boasting stunning landscapes from Kakheti’s vineyards to Svaneti’s alpine meadows.

At the event, the company will highlight its impressive portfolio of hotel and resort projects in Georgia to investors, stakeholders and partners.
