Dubai’s ICD Brookfield Place announced the signing of new leases bringing its total commitments to 95%.

The new leases include world-leading multinational corporations including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas SA, Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, J.P. Morgan and Reliance.

Located in Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), ICD Brookfield Place has significantly outperformed the market over the past 24 months with 408,643 square feet leased in 2022.

The building has successfully attracted a sector diverse base of world leading businesses which have rapidly returned to the workplace seeking sustainable, adaptable, and amenity-rich workspaces.

ICD Brookfield Place aims to change the workplace experience for employers and their employees.

With abundant common spaces for tenants to work from, the building contains more than 200,000sq ft of shared space and amenities, including The Summer Garden, The Arts Club and the Niche, Community Hub.

It is also home to high-profile restaurants, a boutique gym, a Waitrose supermarket, retail outlets and more mixed-use amenities.

ICD Brookfield Place’s pursuit of an industry-leading Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda has also seen the building announce an ambitious Net Zero by 2030 target.

The property is committed to climate leadership and social purpose and runs campaigns such as “Breaking The Plastic Habit” and “Tasmeem” art competition.

Designed to elevate market standards, ICD Brookfield Place has achieved many certifications and awards for its sustainability, wellbeing and technology principles including being the first building in MENA to achieve WiredScore and SmartScore Platinum certifications, being the tallest and largest LEED Platinum building and the first office building in MENA to achieve the WELL Health and Safety Rating.

Most recently, the building was awarded for “World’s Best Architecture” at the International Property Awards, the most acclaimed industry award in the world.
