Dubai real estate continued its impressive run as it recorded more than AED2.4bn ($635m) of property deals on Thursday.
It comes just days after a red hot start to the week when AED3.8bn of Dubai real estate deals were announced on Monday.
Thursday in the Dubai real estate market saw 842 sales transactions worth AED1.96bn, according to data released by the Dubai’s Land Department.
In addition to this there were 112 mortgage deals valued at a total of of AED487.55m, and 17 gift deals amounting to AED30.97m.
The sales included 769 villas and apartments worth AED1.76bn, and 73 land plots worth AED195.5m.
Mortgages included 81 villas and apartments worth AED429.3m and 31 land plots valued at AED58.25 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED2.4 billion.
