Dubai developer Meraas announced on Thursday the handover of seven ultra-luxury waterfront mansions on Jumeira Bay Island, marking the completion of its high-profile collaboration with Italian luxury brand Bvlgari.

The Bvlgari Ocean Mansions, each spanning nearly 10,000 square feet with five bedrooms, feature an over-water design with infinity pools that appear to merge with the Arabian Gulf, the company said.

Designed by Italian architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and built by Innovo Group, the mansions are part of the seahorse-shaped Jumeira Bay Island development, which also houses the Bvlgari Resort Dubai and the world’s first Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club.

“Together, we’ve crafted one of Dubai’s most exclusive residential destinations,” said Khalid Al Malik, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding Real Estate, which owns Meraas.

The project reflects growing demand for ultra-luxury properties in Dubai, where the high-end real estate sector has seen robust growth despite global economic headwinds.

Each mansion features glazed terracotta roofs, floor-to-ceiling glass doors, and expansive skylights, designed to maximise natural light and sea views. The properties hug the curve of the artificial island, creating an illusion of floating above the waves.

Residents will have access to the Bvlgari Resort Dubai’s facilities and services, including private beaches, landscaped gardens, and dining options.

The handover ceremony was held at the Bvlgari Yacht Club on Jumeira Bay Island, which has become an exclusive enclave for wealthy individuals seeking waterfront properties in Dubai.
