Luxury waterfront project, One River Point, will be completed in 2027, its developers announced on Wednesday.
Dutco and Ellington Properties said that the new residential development will be based along Dubai Water Canal in the Business Bay neighbourhood.
Slated for completion in Q2 2027, the 295-unit project will be the first to come to fruition under the strategic partnership between leading UAE conglomerate Dutco and award-winning real estate developer Ellington Properties.
The luxury project promises panoramic views stretching from the Dubai Water Canal to iconic landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab.
The residences will range from studios and one-bedroom apartments up to expansive four-bedroom duplexes and penthouses, all equipped with modern conveniences and private pools in select units.
“The launch of One River Point marks the onset of our long-term partnership with Ellington Properties and realisation of our shared vision to further elevate the value proposition of major residential communities,” said Nelson Gibb, Group CEO of Dutco, in a statement.
Ellington Properties Co-Founder and CEO Elie Naaman said the project “marks a significant step forward in our expansion plan under the Dutco Ellington brand.”
In addition to exceptional units, the new waterfront development will also feature world-class amenities like two infinity pools, a children’s pool, state-of-the-art gym facilities, yoga studio, kids play areas both indoor and outdoor, barbecue terraces, and a clubhouse. Residents will additionally benefit from nearby dining and retail options.
