Eywa, an upcoming luxury housing complex in Dubai, will generate its own energy through a unique method.
The building is shaped like an organic tree and contains hundreds of crystals hidden within its structure, according to the website.
Developed by R.evolution, these crystals are arranged in specific locations around the building according to their properties.
LOCATION | CRYSTAL |
---|---|
The North-West | Moon Stone |
The North | Lapis Lazuli |
The North-East | Citrine |
The West | Black Tourmaline, Blue Saphire |
The South | Jasper, Coral, Topaz, Carnelian, Red Garnet |
The East | Green Jade |
The South-East | Rose Quartz |
The South-West | Agate, Tiger’s Eye |
The central part | Salenite, Clear Quartz |
This system allows to fill the building with energy and clean the space from the dark manifestations of human nature.
Eywa has introduced the crystal configuration for many reasons, some of which include to:
- fill the building with energy
- clean the space from the dark manifestations of human nature
- reduce conflict
- increase concentration and ability to solve mental tasks
- harmonise the space for a happy life
- promote the development of mental and physical abilities, especially in children
Dubai’s unique well-being oasis Eywa to take shape in 2026
Construction is underway on Eywa, and the one-of-a-kind residential project in Dubai will be designed to promote well-being and sustainability.
Inspired by natural forms like banyan trees and quartz mountains, the building will feature organic circular columns, interlacing roots and climbing vines.
Chairman Alex Zagrebelny said the crystal placement within Eywa’s structure aims to purify negative energy and promote positive energy.
He believes this will offer benefits like reducing stress and improving focus, especially for children.
Eywa’s design draws from ancient Indian principals of Vastu Shastra for enhancing prosperity and happiness.
In addition to its energy-generating properties, the development will provide elite amenities such as pools, gardens, a cinema and spa.
Sustainability is also a priority, with Eywa seeking LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications.
Zagrebelny said the green-centric design aims to better residents’ quality of life while contributing to Dubai’s urban landscape.
The project is due for completion in early 2026.
