British developer LEOS Developments has unveiled Kensington Gardens, a residential community within Nakheel’s 3.95 million sqm Greenwood development in Dubai, with construction set for completion in Q4 2027.
The project’s first phase comprises 168 units, including townhouses and villas. The development offers three-bedroom townhouses starting at AED 3.2 million with 66 units spanning 2,720 to 2,766 sq ft, 32 four-bedroom townhouses ranging from 3,089 to 3,151 sq ft, and 34 five-bedroom townhouses covering 3,665 to 3,726 sq ft.
The luxury segment includes 24 six-bedroom villas with 5,178 sq ft of space and 12 seven-bedroom villas measuring 6,204 sq ft. Each villa includes a private elevator and an 8m swimming pool.
