Arada, in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Tadao Ando, has announced the launch of sales for Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, a new ultra-luxury landmark in Dubai.
Designed by the renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, the project aims to achieve a harmonious blend of architecture, the surrounding seascape, and the senses.
The residences will offer its residents panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s iconic skyline, located on the outer crescent of the Palm Jumeirah islands.
Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah offers an array of amenities spread over a generous 90,000 square feet of space, all meticulously designed and furnished by Armani/Casa.
These high-end facilities include a premium residents-only spa, a multi-purpose function room, a cigar lounge, a compact movie theatre, a children’s playroom, a landscaped deck area, and a private beach.
Luxurious homes at Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah start from AED21 million, featuring stunning ocean and skyline views integrated into the interior design.
The residences feature a wide range of configurations, including two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom options, penthouses, and two presidential suites, all offering unobstructed access to the breathtaking exterior views.
The interiors of each individually designed residence showcase high-end fixtures and fittings from Armani/Casa, floor-to-ceiling glass facades, signature circular or linear foyers, spacious terraces, and well-proportioned ceiling heights.
Buyers have the option to choose between a light or dark palette for their residence’s interior design.
The presidential suites combine various internal function areas, including a contemplative courtyard space with a reflective pool, a personalised gym, libraries, a private cinema, and a private parking lounge with space for seven cars.
These suites also feature an opulent mega-terrace with an infinity pool. Buyers of penthouses and presidential suites will have the opportunity to work directly with Armani/Casa to create a truly bespoke interior scheme for their homes.
“I believe this partnership with Tadao Ando and Arada will result in an exceptional and elevated living experience, complemented by superb architecture and refined, contemporary design,” Giorgio Armani, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Armani Group said.
Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada, described Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah as a new benchmark for the high-end Dubai real estate market, redefining the concept of ultra-luxury living in one of the world’s most sought-after neighborhoods. “Brought together by Arada, this is the first and only time that Giorgio Armani and Tadao Ando have collaborated on a residential offering,” he added.
“The architecture at this wonderful location is designed to pursue a visual and experiential continuity between the interior and the seascape that surrounds the project, with the interplay of light and shadow helping to create a dynamic sequence from arrival through to the public areas and finally to each impeccable residence,” Tadao Ando, Founder of Tadao Ando Architects & Associates said.
The completion of Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah is scheduled for the end of 2026.
