Cityscape Global visitors in Saudi Arabia will have the chance to win a free home, cash prizes, bank loans and more.

From September 10 to 13, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia will host Cityscape Global, sponsored by the Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs and Housing and organised by Tahaluf, under the theme “Future of Living” at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Attendees from more than 170 countries are flying into Cityscape Global, while hundreds of international developers and more than 20 countries will be showcasing their real estate projects.

The exhibition will draw homebuyers, investors, real estate developers, engineers, designers, investment funds, insurance companies, homeowners, and all those with an interest in real estate.

 The exhibition will give away free homes, bank loans, and exclusive financing offers from top real estate developers.

With agenda-leading stages across the exhibition, several main conferences, stages, and topics will be delivered throughout the event, including:

  • AI in real estate
  • Market shifts
  • Environmental sustainability
  • The future of industrial properties in Saudi Arabia
  • Urban planning

Saudi nationals will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a free home at Cityscape Global, all by attending with their free ticket.

This life-changing opportunity is announced as a huge prize to celebrate the event’s first flagship edition in Saudi Arabia.

Prizes can also be won in the groundbreaking Roshn Hackathon. The hackathon is tailored to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s real estate and technology industries, allowing participants to collaborate with professional developers, creative designers, and tech experts to develop new solutions aligned with safety, equity, and quality that will enhance the real estate sector.

The Hackathon falls into two tracks: First for Startups and the other for new and innovative ideas.

The first track awards a total of SR500,000, with SR350,000 going to the first-place winner and SR150,000 going to second place.

On the other hand, the second track awards a total of SR500,000, with the first-place winner receiving SR350,000 and second place receiving SR150,000.

The Roshn Hackathon is set to take place from September 10 to 12, with the closing ceremony on September 13.
