Cheval Collection, the luxury hospitality group has announced the opening of Cheval Maison on Palm Jumeirah. The all-apartment boutique property is the first one outside the UK and the first in the UAE, set to open on April 15.
The 131-apartment property will offer 100 one-bedroom apartments, 20 two-bedroom apartments and 10 three-bedroom options. Cheval Maison will also have one three-bedroom penthouse.
Guests will have access to features including a rooftop pool and terrace, fitness centres and private parking. Additionally, the building will host an onsite restaurant, in partnership with The Lighthouse.

Stays at the one-bedroom apartment will start at AED555 per night. Cheval Maison also offers extended stay options for guests with favourable rates for longer lengths.
Guests can choose to stay for a day or even for several months and years.
