Azizi Developments has signed an agreement with UAE-based company Unigulf Development for the supply of high-quality soft thermal insulation material for its mixed-use Dubai South development, Azizi Venice, and the fourth phase of its mega-project, Riviera, located in the heart of MBR City.
Unigulf Development, founded in 1998, is a key player in sustainable solutions across renewable energy, green IT, and sustainable agriculture.
The company has previously transitioned from biomass technologies to innovative energy solutions, including a patented system for converting mechanical movement into electricity, and addresses water scarcity and promotes sustainable farming.

Azizi Venice, comprising over 30,000 residential units and 400 luxury villas and mansions, will feature a pedestrian-friendly boulevard with temperature-controlled spaces and a variety of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
The development will also include Azizi Opera, a notable venue for cultural and community events in Dubai.
Riviera, part of Azizi Developments’ award-winning portfolio, is a stylish waterfront lifestyle destination featuring 75 mid- and high-rise buildings with approximately 16,000 residences.
Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an extensive retail boulevard and a lagoon walk on the shores of its 2.7 km-long swimmable crystal lagoon.
