Abu Dhabi’s Aldar has announced the launch of its newest development – Reeman Living. The project intends to bring urban living to the capital city’s Alshamkha neighbourhood.
Features of the development include bespoke design elements, colour palettes, efficient storage spaces and an adaptable environment. The community will include a children’s playground, outdoor terrace, multipurpose rooms and more.
Bike lanes and running trails will also be available alongside easy access to public transportation for residents. F&B outlets, selected to suit the living concept at Reeman Living, will be located within the ground floor of each building.
Schools and community centres within the community will also be made easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
Reeman Living will comprise of 1,050 units of which 630 will be available for purchase during the first phase of the launch, for all nationalities. Units will be spread across five low rise buildings including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms.
Public sales are set to commence on March 18, with prices starting from AED365,000.

Construction of the development is due to begin in Q1 2023 with handovers expected to commence in Q3 of 2026.
Aldar’s commitment to sustainability will be reflected in the new Reeman Living development with sustainable designs, building measures including green building technologies and water conservation fixtures.
