What Dubai has planned to celebrate Saudi Arabia’s National Day

Dubai will witness a series of celebrations to mark Saudi Arabia’s 89th National Day on September 23.

The city will host a calendar of events, activities and retail promotions for both Saudi visitors and residents in the city, a statement said.

Dubai’s attractions and theme parks are set to welcome Saudi nationals with exclusive deals and additional value on entry tickets, as well as special promotions across selected hotels.

As a mark of unity, one of the city’s most iconic attractions, Burj Khalifa, will also be illuminated with Saudi Arabia’s national flag.

Two flagship concerts will also take place featuring renowned Emirati female artist Shamma Hamdan, who will be performing live at La Mer Beach Pavilion on September 20, and Balqees on September 19 at City Walk while the Dubai Mall will also be hosting Saudi celebrations with two concerts to showcase emerging Saudi talent and traditional music.
