Emirates International Gas (EIG), a subsidiary of EHC Investment, has bagged the mandate to implement the entire gas systems project at the Reem Hills luxury development of Q Properties in Abu Dhabi.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the two companies envisages EIG providing the entire range of services related to supply of LPG, NG, SNG and CNG gas to properties at Reem Hills.

Reem Hills project, a $2.1billion modern gated villa community on Reem Island, is a leading project of Q Properties.

Commenting on the agreement, Moustafa Rashad, CEO of EIG, said the company was looking forward to the collaboration for delivering more efficient and sustainable gas supply projects serving the Abu Dhabi society.

“EIG believes that its collaboration with Q Properties bears strong testimony to the shared vision of both organisations to adopt world-class standards and best practices to serve residential, commercial and industrial developments across the region,” Rashad said.

Majed FuadOdeh, CEO of Q Holding, said the MoU enabled Q Properties to add another component to the services the company offers to clients and investors.

The Reem Hills project comprises a range of spacious individual villas, semi-detached villas and townhouses in a mixed-use residential development, with retail components and full amenities on site.
