Sources quoted by Al Qabas said The Human Resource Department at the Education Ministry is keen to finalise as soon as possible procedures for the non-Kuwaiti teachers whose services discontinue by the end of the current school year to spare them any fines or fees.
The move is part of the authority’s efforts to address the shortage of educational staff in Kuwaiti schools and meet the growing demands for teachers.
Reports said the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education, Osama Al-Sultan, has forwarded a letter to the administrative sector outlining the requirements for non-national teachers in the next academic year.
