ACC has won a US $164.7 million (AED605 million) contract from developer Tameer Holding to construct the Elite Residence in Dubai Marina.
The 380m tall, 91-storey Elite Residence will cover an area of 135,760m2 and will include 82 residential floors, four car parking floors and four basements. Construction of the project is expected to take around 30 months.
