Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Eagle Hills has announced the completion of its beachfront living destination, Maryam Beach Residence on Maryam Island.

Maryam Beach Residence comprises 688 units across four residential buildings including Cyan Beach Residence, Azure Beach Residence, Sapphire Beach Residence and Indigo Beach Residence.

The completion and handover of these units marks an important landmark as Sharjah’s premium waterfront development begins to take shape, the developer said in a statement.

Studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments will be handed over to new homeowners.

There has been a steady rollout of apartments on Maryam Island, including Nada Residences and Naseem Residences, which are some of the latest additions to the Maryam Gate Residences community.

Maryam Island, the AED4.5 billion mega development, also features a ‘souq’ and various facilities such as a spa, a fitness club, a swimming pool, and a children’s play area.

Eagle Hills is an Abu Dhabi-based private real estate investment and development company which is currently developing projects in Bahrain, Croatia, Ethiopia, Jordan, Morocco, Oman, Serbia and the UAE.
