Arabtec Holding on Thursday announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Arabtec Construction has been awarded an AED 222 million ($60 million) contract by Dubai Properties.
The contract is for the construction of 352 villas in Dubai Properties’ Amaranta project in Villanova, Dubai.
The contract works will commenceimmediately for a duration of 20 months, Arabtec said in a statement.
Villanova is located at the intersection of the Dubai – Al Ain Road with Emirates Road.
The façade design of each of the townhouses is inspired by contemporary Mediterranean architecture.
Arabtec Group CEO Hamish Tyrwhitt said: “We are delighted that Dubai Properties continue to show confidence in Arabtec Construction through the award of our fifth phase at the Villanova Project, further building on our solid relationships in our core markets.”
