Hundreds of brokers and investors from around the world have visited The Heart of Europe project, the six-island luxury development, located off the coast of Dubai as its developer looks to boost sales.
Kleindienst Group said in a statement that more than 600 brokers descended on the development in September.
“This was a great opportunity for Kleindienst Group to showcase the investment options, including elaborate freehold second homes and luxurious hotel apartments, available with a guaranteed ROI structure of up to 8 percent,” the company said.It added that one of the investors to tour the project is Mohanad Alwadiya, star of Dubai Channels Network’s Memaar reality TV property show, who said: “The Heart of Europe is a very ambitious project packed with innovative real estate products and potential for long-term investors.”
Kleindienst Group said last month that it will launch its first hotel in the next 100 days.
It will be located on Main Europe island and the Portofino Hotel is the first five-star, family-only hotel in the region.
The hotel will have a fully-serviced private marina and the whole front-of-house team will be Italian while the time zone and currency will be European, with visitors able to pay in Euros.
Portofino Hotel will have five swimming pools, including a large pool – designed especially for water sports and showcasing regular water ballet shows throughout the day.Entertainment will also include the Castello Theatre, with family shows, concerts and movie screenings. For dining, there will be a choice of four restaurants and six bars – all serving organic-only, Mediterranean-inspired food, which will be a key feature across all 13 hotel properties on The Heart of Europe.
Kleindienst Group also recently announced progress on The Heart of Europe with the completion of the first Sweden Beach Palace on Sweden Island.
