Italian fashion house to make Saudi debut with $160m Mirabilia

Dar Al Arkan says luxury Riyadh project will include interiors by Roberto Cavalli

Saudi construction giant Dar Al Arkan on Wednesday announced the launch of the SR600 million ($160 million) Mirabilia upscale residential villas with interiors by Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli.

The project is part of its SR10 billion Shams Ar Riyadh development in the Saudi capital city, the company said in a statement.

Mirabilia, the Latin word for Marvels, presents a collection of high-end custom-built three-to-seven bedroom residential villas.

These premium residential villas overlooking Wadi Hanifa will feature interiors by Roberto Cavalli will sit within Shams Ar Riyadh, a development that comprises of residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces.

It also features retail centres, international restaurants and cafés, green landscapes and walkways, children’s play areas, schools, clinics, government offices and mosques.

Infrastructure works investment so far exceeds SR1 billion, including two power substations and main access roads.
