Dubai developer says JLT project on track for 2019 completion

MBL Residence is a 40-storey residential tower which will feature 472 apartments

MAG Lifestyle Development (MAG LD), the development arm of MAG Group, has completed all enabling works at MBL Residence in Jumeirah Lakes Towers.

With shoring, piling and excavation works finalised, construction is progressing rapidly under MAG’s AED260 million deal with Ali Mousa & Sons Contracting, the developer said in a statement.

It added that the contractor has completed 20 percent of the project since July and is on track to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019.

MBL Residence is a 40-storey residential tower located in the heart of Dubai’s waterfront community.

The 758,875-square-foot development features 472 one, two and three-bedroom apartments while amenities include a gym with a steam room and sauna, a podium-level outdoor swimming pool and leisure deck, and an exclusive barbecue patio.

The mixed-use development also features 17 retail shops and a series of restaurants and cafés.

Talal Moafaq Al Gaddah, CEO of MAG LD, said: “In line with our meticulous approach to timely project delivery, we are pleased to have concluded enabling works at MBL Residence in less than six months.

“Construction is continuing as planned and we are excited to see the development taking shape as the latest premium addition to Jumeirah Lakes Towers, where we will provide residents with the highly integrated, convenient and luxurious lifestyle that has become MAG’s signature.”
