Emirati President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received the country’s vice president and ruler of Dubai at the Qasr Al Bahr palace in Abu Dhabi.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum met with the president to discuss “a number of issues related to the UAE and its citizens,” according to Wam report.
Both leaders talked about the country’s efforts to further drive the UAE’s “development and renaissance” and achieve their aspirations for their people, the report said.
Other UAE officials attended the meeting in Abu Dhabi, including Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra, Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Ruler’s Representative in Al Ain, and Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.
