A large fire was reported in Dubai Marina’s Zen Tower on Sunday morning, with video of the incident showing flames engulfing several of the building’s lower floors.
The incident reportedly began at approximately 11am, with emergency sirens being heard throughout the area.
In a tweet, the Dubai Media Office confirmed that Civil Defence teams have deployed to respond to the fire and evacuated the building.
There are no reports of injuries at this time, the Media Office added.
The building is located on the Jebel Ali side of Dubai Marina, near the Al Rahim Mosque and Choithrams Marina and before the Garn Al Sabkah Street exit.
Dubai Civil Defence is working to put out a fire that broke out in the Zen Tower in the Dubai Marina area. The building was evacuated safely and no injuries have been reported.
