Ajman fire destroys residential building, warehouse, printing press, cars

A fire broke out early morning at 3:30 AM on Friday, destroying a residential building, printing press office, a number of warehouses and several cars.

The fire was eventually brought under control by firefighters from four emirates, with no casualties.

The fire, which took place in Ajman’s Industrial Area 3, occurred through a cluster of warehouses and a residential building. The residents of the building were evacuated.

Firefighters from Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai and Umm Al Quwain were reported to be conducting cooling operations at the scene, citing Ajman Police’s commander-in-chief and the director of the emirate’s Civil Defence department.
