Emirates has signed an agreement with Deezer, the global music streaming service to give the airline’s millions of passengers’ in-flight access to a wide selection of exclusive playlists.
Deezer said its music editors have crafted more than 20 playlists to entertain passengers in the air which will be available on ice, Emirates’ inflight entertainment system.
It added that the playlists will appeal to a wide range of tastes and feature a mix of international artists.
Deezer’s selections are easy to find, and are currently featured among the top five recommendations on ice for November.

Emirates recently scooped the World’s Best Inflight Entertainment award at the annual Skytrax World Airline Awards for the 15th year in a row.
Deezer launched in the Middle East and North Africa in October 2018 with an exclusive long-term digital distribution agreement with Rotana, the Arab world’s largest record label.
The streaming service is available across 22 countries in the region, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Morocco, as well as Turkey and 180 countries worldwide.
