Saudi Arabia and Pakistan have discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations, support the growth of the digital economy, and encourage entrepreneurship and investment.
At a meeting between minister of communications and Information technology Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, and Pakistan’s Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Ameer Khurram Rathore in
Riyadh on Sunday, the two sides also discussed means to boost cooperation in various areas related to communications and IT, including supporting the growth of the digital economy, digital transformation, and e-governance, in addition to digital infrastructure.
The meeting also touched on the Kingdom’s aspirations for a digital economy, in addition to discussing ways to enhance cooperation in entrepreneurship by introducing companies in both countries to the investment advantages and incentives in the communications and information technology markets in the two countries.
