The annual Arabian Business Startup Forum took place at the Waldorf Astoria The Palm.

Speaking at the Arabian Business Startup Forum, Ambareen Musa (2nd left) said women entrepreneurs are more focused on profitability rather than scalability. 

Rizwan Sajan was speaking at the annual Arabian Business Start-up Forum where he gave a keynote address on the success of his company, from a small start-up in a trading office in Deira in 1993 to the huge Danube Group of today.

Serial entrepreneur Omar Jackson, a partner at private equity firm Berkeley Assets, was giving a keynote address at the annual Arabian Business Start-up Forum at the Waldorf Astoria The Palm.

Speaking at a panel entitled ‘Launchpad: journey from idea to market”, Sam Quawasmi (2nd left), the co-founder of equity crowdfunding platform Eureeca, said that many business struggle with the funding necessary to keep a business running from it inception through to potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) phase or an initial public offering.
