A newly-built mansion in Beverly Hills is on sale for $80m.
The French Chateau, which is 28,000 square feet large, took five years to build due to the amount of handcrafted work in the property.
Residents can enter through a gated guard entry and a grand motor court that can accommodate 40 cars, before stepping onto spacious lush lawns and gardens that lead to an additional three bedroom guest house.
The main, baroque-style mansion features 11 fireplaces, a European spa with wet and dry sauna, a screening room, a fitness centre and a game room among other facilities.
