UAE temperatures to soar to highs of 44°C

Temperatures of over 40°C was recorded in various areas in the country

UAE has officially entered into summer with recorded highs of 44°C. According to the UAE National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) 44.1°C was recorded in Al Ain.

Expected temperatures for the month of May will be at 32.3°C.

The highest ever recorded temperature in the UAE was in 2009 at Umm-Al Zamoul and Fujairah airport at 50.2°C.
