A recent survey conducted by Researchscape International and commissioned by global tech company Yango Group reveals that UAE residents are prioritising smart home and family-friendly gifts this festive season.
The survey highlights a strong preference for AI-powered devices, with 57 per cent of respondents expressing interest in receiving an AI-powered smart speaker as a gift.
The survey also shows that 51 per cent of respondents value gifts the entire family can enjoy, while 45 per cent are drawn to smart devices for their convenience and entertainment capabilities. Additionally, 49 per cent prioritise items that enhance their home environment.

The findings are based on an online survey of 500 UAE residents conducted in February 2024. Yasmina smart speakers are available through retail and online outlets across the UAE.
