The UAE has issued an amber weather warning ahead of expected rainfall in parts of the country this week.
Rain, high temperatures and humidity are all expected in the coming days.
As well as forecasting rain, the National Centre for Meteorology advised people to beware conditions after downpours.

It said: “Precautions should be taken in case of heavy rain at times over some Eastern areas and advised to stay away from areas of accumulated rain”.
Large parts of the country are covered by a yellow weather warning, with the NCM saying people in these areas should “be aware” of potential rain and “be on the lookout” if undertaking outdoor activities.
Selected areas, as seen in the social media post below, are raised to an amber warning.
