Monday has been declared the ‘worst day of the week’ by the Guinness World Records.
The annual reference book took it to their official Twitter page to make the declaration, receiving over 400,000 likes.
“We’re officially giving monday the record of the worst day of the week,” the post read.
The post has also received comments from Twitter users saying, “Agreed” and “I take mondays off just for this reason”
Aside from this, the record book lists world records of both human achievements and the extremes of the natural world.
The Guinness World Records has sold over 140 million copies and runs its operations in London, New York, Beijing, Tokyo and Dubai.
