Dubai’s Global Village has announced its timings for Ramadan. Alongside the timings, the destination has also announced activities and offerings that will take place during the holy month.
Ramadan at Global Village
Global Village will be open for visitors during the month of Ramadan from 6PM to 2AM throughout the week.
Majlis of the World is set to make a return during this period where guests can order Iftaar or Suhoor meals or bring food from any of the 200+ locations in the park, to consume within the one-of-a-kind setting.
Ramadan-themed performances will also take place at the majlis including oud, qanun, harp and cello players, a traditional Tannoura dancer and a close-up magician.
Family activities will be available in the park including rental board games like Uno, Chess and Jackaroo. Bookings can be made through the website starting March 20.
A 30-piece arabesque Orchestra will perform twice every night on the main stage, other shows including a violin player and light show will also be available for guests.
Global Village is set to run until 23 April, 2023.
Earlier this year, Arabian Business reported that the Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum in Global Village has Ronaldo’s ‘Money Legs’ on display for visitors.
The attraction at the museum is a replica of the Al Nassr player’s legs made of over $100,000 in shredded money.
The Ripley’s Believe It or Not ‘museum ‘odditorium’, returning for the fourth time in Global Village has over 300 unique exhibits including historical artefacts, art, a tribal jungle, human oddities, a space gallery and more.
