Sanaa Ouahmane is the CEO of AW Rostamani Mobility Services and Trading. For nearly two decades, Sanaa has been immersed in the mobility industry, starting her journey in France with the Hertz Corporation, where she successfully managed business operations using a hands-on approach, while also fostering growth and development in others.

In 2011, Sanaa accepted a General Manager position with the Almana Group for Hertz Qatar. Owing to her strategic planning, strong stewardship, and business development skills, they quickly evolved from a small operation into the top-ranked international car rental company.

In 2017, her responsibilities were expanded to include heading Almana Used Cars, where she played a pivotal role in transforming the division into a highly profitable enterprise. This earned her the distinction of being the only executive of her gender to direct one of the largest MENA automotive companies.

Currently, Sanaa's significant contributions at AW Rostamani Group have led to the establishment of AWR Mobility Services and the positioning of Shift Car Rental on par with the elite car rental franchises. She has been instrumental in partnering with a very prominent global car rental brand, ACE Rent a Car, developing a distinct van and truck rental division, and creating an all-new digital-based business.

In addition to her main role, Sanaa also oversees the AWR Non-OEM Business. This includes AWR Allied Services, which collaborates with renowned brands such as Total Energies, Ceat Tires, Amaron, and Xcool. The division encompasses AWR Certified Pre-Owned Cars, NXT Multi-brand Used Cars, Royal Enfield Motorcycles UAE and Auto Trust for Automotive Services; with Sanaa leading 500 members of staff.

These achievements have further solidified her status as one of the most formidable vehicular leaders in the region, and her vision is set to propel the organization to even greater heights in the coming years.
