Dubai real estate developer Meraas has awarded an AED850 million construction contract for the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island.
The 27-storey luxury residential tower is being designed by the renowned architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. With marine works already completed, Dutco Construction Co LLC will soon begin work on the prestigious development.
The Bvlgari Lighthouse, inspired by the Italian jeweller’s timeless elegance, will feature an array of ultra-luxury residences. The crown jewel of the development is an eight-bedroom Sky Villa, occupying the top three floors and boasting private rooftop gardens, a pool, and stylish lounge areas with panoramic views.
“The Bvlgari Lighthouse will soon become part of our exceptional portfolio, elevating the standard for luxury beachfront living at Jumeira Bay Island and maintaining Dubai as a destination of choice,” Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said.
The building’s residents will have unlimited access to the facilities of the neighbouring Bvlgari Resort Dubai, including the world’s first Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club.
The Bvlgari Lighthouse is scheduled for completion by Q2 2027, marking Bvlgari’s third collaboration with Meraas.
