Emaar Middle East, a subsidiary of Dubai’s property developer Emaar Properties, said on Monday it will launch the sale of luxury homes in the final residential tower that is part of the Abraj Al Hilal 2 complex in Saudi Arabia.
Emaar Middle East had earlier launched the sale of Towers 1 and 3 within Abraj Al Hilal 2, which recorded sell-out response from customers, it said in a statement.
The sale of apartments in Tower 2 of the residential community will be held on November 16 and 17, 2013, from 10am to 10pm at the Jeddah Gate Sales Centre, with prices starting from SR792,888 ($211,411).
Located in its flagship development, Jeddah Gate, homes in the first residential complex, Abraj Al Hilal 1, have already been handed over. Work on the Abraj Al Hilal 2 towers is progressing as per schedule, Emaar said.
Fadi El Borno, managing director of Emaar Middle East, Saudi Arabia, said: “With the handover of homes in Abraj Al Hilal 1 and the on-schedule progress of other residential communities in Jeddah Gate, Emaar Middle East has underlined its strong credentials in project delivery.
“The Tower 2 in Abraj Al Hilal 2 brings a new dimension to urban lifestyles, providing all the diverse amenities that are ideal for families and young professionals.”
He added: “Today, Jeddah Gate is regarded as a model in urban developments, and with our new launch, we are presenting potential customers with another attractive opportunity to be part of a vibrant community.”
A three-tower residential complex of 17 to 21 floors, Abraj Al Hilal 2 has apartments ranging in size from 98 to 449 sq m.
Jeddah Gate is located on over 400,000 sq m of land in Jeddah’s new downtown.
Emaar Middle East has also handed over residences in Al Khobar Lakes, the company’s premier master-planned community in the Eastern Province, in Al Nada Village, the first residential cluster in the development.
